Returns and Refund Policy

 

We will refund an item or order if you are not completely satisfied with it provided it is returned to us within 14 days in its original, unopened packaging with all the accessories and instructions.

To return an item, you will need to contact us by email ssupport@springstationery.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item.

If you contact us later than 14 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back but after deducting our admin charge.

Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/ unused products.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchanges for the items purchased.

On receipt of your item(s) we will inspect and inform you the status of your refund via email. If your refund is approved, then the refund amount will be initiated to the original mode of payment. You will receive the credit amount after a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will bear the expenses for returning the item(s) to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount that Spring Stationery owes you.
